We are partnered with a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate investment platform that is expanding its in-house legal team.
With a growing national portfolio and active acquisition pipeline, the firm is building out its legal and operational infrastructure to better support internal processes, compliance, and day-to-day business functions.

The Role
This is not a traditional paralegal role focused solely on transactions or litigation.
This position sits at the intersection of legal, HR, and operations, with a strong emphasis on building processes, improving workflows, and supporting the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage internal legal and HR processes
- Oversee onboarding workflows, employee documentation, and policy management
- Maintain employee files, compliance tracking, and internal documentation systems
- Support insurance claims tracking and litigation coordination
- Assist with contract review, including vendor and service agreements
- Serve as a key operational partner to the legal team and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of paralegal experience
- Corporate generalist background preferred
- Experience supporting HR-related processes (onboarding, policies, compliance)
- Exposure to contracts, insurance claims, or litigation support
- Proven ability to build or improve processes within an organization
- In-house experience strongly preferred
