Senior Paralegal

We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Orlando seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support a sophisticated estate planning and administration practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced paralegal who enjoys working with high-net-worth clients and managing both planning and administration matters from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal
• Strong understanding of Florida probate and trust administration processes
• Experience supporting estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax matters, including exposure to Forms 706 and 709
• Familiarity with estate and gift tax concepts and filing requirements
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
