Senior Paralegal – Insurance Claims Litigation (Fort Worth, TX)

A fast-paced and rapidly growing Fort Worth law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys in plaintiff-side insurance claims. If you have a strong background in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation, and thrive in a dynamic legal environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with litigation attorneys on case strategy and execution
• Draft pleadings, demand letters, discovery responses, and mediation briefs
• Prepare for and support mediations, depositions, and trial
• Organize exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Maintain client communication and case updates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff-side insurance litigation
• Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure and insurance law
• Proven expertise in mediations, depositions, and trial support
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
• Paralegal certification preferred
