Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager (Oncology/Solid Tumors) will support the development of U.S. marketing strategy and lead execution of key initiatives for a targeted solid tumor portfolio. This role drives brand planning, digital and omnichannel marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement. The position reports to the Director of Solid Tumor Marketing and plays a critical role in advancing current brands and future indication expansions.


Responsibilities

  • Support U.S. brand strategy, planning, and KPI development
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations
  • Lead digital and omnichannel campaigns (web, email, paid media)
  • Manage HCP media planning and external agency partners
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, etc.)
  • Support congress planning and execution
  • Lead projects and present insights to senior leadership


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in pharma/biotech/specialty healthcare; 2+ years in marketing
  • Experience in oncology, solid tumors, or rare disease preferred
  • Proven digital marketing and campaign execution experience
  • Experience with tools like Veeva CRM or PromoMats a plus
  • Boston-based with up to 25% travel
