Senior Manager of FP&A

A great UHY client is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A to support and help build out its financial planning and analysis function. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping FP&A processes within a newly formed, high-growth business environment. The position will focus on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights across a complex, multi-revenue stream organization.

The Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A role is a hybrid position based in Southfield, MI, with approximately two days per week in the office. This is a client direct hire opportunity with strong visibility and long-term growth potential as the organization continues to evolve.

Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
• Analyze complex revenue streams including subscription, consulting, and transactional models
• Support financial planning related to international operations, including foreign exchange impacts
• Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Assist with consolidations across multiple business lines and geographies
• Partner cross-functionally to drive performance analysis and business insights
• Support ongoing transformation initiatives, including system implementations and organizational changes

Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A Requirements

• Strong financial modeling experience
• Experience working within an international organization, including exposure to foreign exchange
• Background in service, consulting, data, or similarly complex revenue environments
• Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret multiple revenue streams and performance metrics
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate as a functional leader
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment
