SUMMARY

In this role, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will primarily focus on developing and leading the execution of people and talent strategies aligned with the company's goals, including recruitment, engagement, compensation, performance management, training, and fostering positive employee relationships. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves' leadership position in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

An intelligent and articulate individual capable of relating to people at all levels within an organization, with excellent communication skills.
