  • Support strategic initiatives led by the Head of Global Commercial Operations through project management, prioritization, and execution support.

  • Participate in technology and systems initiatives, including guiding the development of internal AI tools and supporting ERP, CRM, and BI enablement.

  • Scope, manage, and coordinate offsite and offshore resources, consultants, and contractors supporting Global Commercial Operations initiatives.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or manager‑level role overseeing cross‑functional and/or global teams in a multinational or multi‑regional environment.

  • Demonstrated success driving strategic initiatives, process improvements, and governance frameworks across commercial functions.

  • Strong understanding of real estate investment analytics and commercial operations, including sales operations, deal desk support, contract management, and compliance.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Experience with Financial Authority Policies (FAP) or similar financial and contract approval governance models.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, or Power BI.
