Senior Manager- Experimentation Program- A/B Testing

As a Sr. Manager, Experimentation Program in the Lowe’s Digital organization, you will be leading a team of global talent. We are seeking an inspiring, technically savvy, consumer product focused leader who is passionate about building best in-class customer Experimentation program to support our rapidly growing ecommerce products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reinvent and Manage the Product Management organization’s experimentation program to support rapidly growing business needs.
• Optimize use of existing A/B testing platform and support the new platform transition.
• Set standards and processes for experimentation on the web and mobile apps.
• Partner with product managers, analysts and data scientists to ensure tests are designed and analyzed properly.
• Define and implement a data driven process for proposing, prioritizing, and scheduling experiments.
• Act as controller to avoid test collisions and ensure validity of results.
• Lead Testing Council and meet with relevant stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with testing platform vendor.
• Evangelize experimentation to the organization and educate stakeholders on key concepts.
• Establish experimentation program success metrics and monitor the performance of the program over time.
• Work with the web analytics team to foster a culture of data-driven decision making across e-commerce that encourages validating or disproving assumptions about how we believe customers may react to various site experience scenarios.
• Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse stakeholders by building and maintaining trusting relationships with internal customers and senior management.
• Hires, trains, and develops talent for growth opportunities; monitors team/individual’s morale and engagement to maintain highly effective and collaborative environments.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• 10 years of IT or ecommerce experience
• 5 years of experience working in A/B testing related function including campaign implementation and Analysis. Experienced in utilizing statistical concepts for A/B test Analysis: Statistical significance, confidence intervals and establishing variance thresholds are must
• 5 years of relevant experience working with web analytics, personalization and testing tools: Experience with at least one web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) and one testing tool (Target, Optimizely, or similar) required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• 3 years of experience in the e-Commerce retail industry
• 3 years of Consulting experience
• 3 years of experience in Leading large-scale Experimentation program
