  • Strong understanding of AI lifecycle concepts, including use case intake, experimentation, deployment, adoption, and measurement (hands-on model development not required).

  • Proven ability to operate effectively across business, technology, legal, privacy, and change functions.

  • Experience designing and running enablement systems (front doors, intake processes, toolkits, playbooks, training, communities of practice).

  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, data privacy considerations, and risk-aware innovation in enterprise environments.

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, action-oriented narratives.

  • Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery models; comfort navigating both structured governance and ambiguity.

  • Hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing digital experience exposure

  • Prior experience working in a federated or hub-and-spoke AI mode

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the enterprise AI intake (“Front Door”), including triage, routing, and guidance to ensure requests are aligned to strategy, capacity, reuse opportunities, and responsible AI guardrails.

  • In partnership and collaboration with HR, design, maintain, and evolve the AI Enablement Toolkit—tools, templates, playbooks, training assets, and SOPs—to make it easy for teams across the enterprise to adopt and scale AI responsibly and efficiently.

  • Operationalize enablement models for agent-based and emerging AI capabilities by clarifying ways of working, onboarding paths, governance touchpoints, and success measures in partnership with product and technology teams.

  • Lead and activate the AI Community of Practice as an adoption engine, curating reusable patterns, documenting lessons learned, and reducing duplicative or disconnected AI efforts across the organization.

  • Partner with AI Product, Technology, Delivery Insights & Performance, and enterprise stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Privacy, HR, Change & Communications) to support adoption, track value signals, and continuously refine enablement approaches based on what is working in practice.
