WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support trial attorneys in all phases of complex civil litigation from intake through trial
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
• Manage case files, deadlines, and docket in a fast-moving litigation environment
• Coordinate with clients, experts, court reporters, and co-counsel
• Assist with trial preparation — exhibit management, witness prep logistics, and courtroom support
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation
• Communicate directly with clients with professionalism and compassion
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff's personal injury or catastrophic injury experience a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of Texas state and/or federal court rules and procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines without dropping a ball
• Polished written and verbal communication
• A team-first mentality — we work collaboratively and support each other
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
• Someone who wants to grow professionally and be part of something meaningful
