Job Description: We are looking for a Senior IT Software Developer for ServiceNow that includes developing new ServiceNow catalog items with workflows, also working on enhancements around incident, service catalog and change management of ServiceNow ITSM modules. Senior IT Software Developer will be responsible for answering constant demands from IT and non-IT teams to add more service request functionality on Customer Support portal to facilitate the IT and business team to create and track various types of Requests/Tickets.
