What Will You Do?• Conducts Weld inspections of large metal fabrications
• Conducts dimensional final inspections of products
• Generates Field Reports as needed to document inspections.
• Assists in managing on-site weld staff to ensure weld procedures (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) are adhered to.
• Has a weld inspection Level II certificate- American Weld Society weld inspector (CWI), or ASNT Level II certificate
• Provide management support for internal ISO 9001:2015 or 10CFR Appendix B audits.
• Up to 25% Domestic or International travel.
Physical Demands
• Wear proper PPE for the job.
• Standing long periods of time.
• Able to lift 30lbs min.
• 20/20 vision with correction.
• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of direct involvement in quality programs.
• Manufacturing or service environment.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ability to work overtime if needed
