Position Summary
The IT Senior Manager / Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity strategy, and compliance initiatives. This role ensures the protection of critical systems, intellectual property, and customer data while supporting operational excellence in a high-precision manufacturing environment. The position plays a key role in maintaining and advancing compliance with industry standards including CMMC 2.0+, AS9100D, and ITAR.

Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity & Compliance
· Lead and maintain cybersecurity programs aligned with CMMC 2.0+, NIST 800-171, and ITAR requirements
· Ensure ongoing compliance through audits, documentation, and continuous monitoring
· Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across all systems
· Manage incident response planning, detection, and remediation
· Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat monitoring

IT Infrastructure & Operations
· Oversee all IT systems including servers, networks, cloud environments, and endpoints
· Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure
· Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
· Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security

Leadership & Strategy
· Develop and execute IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
· Lead and mentor IT staff and external vendors/partners
· Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships
· Serve as primary point of contact for cybersecurity and IT-related initiatives
