Senior Human Resources Specialist

The Senior HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting employees and partnering with senior HR leadership by executing human resources strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, payroll administration, and HR analytics. The Senior HR Specialist works closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive, compliant, and high‑performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Supports employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Manages full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assists in the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Maintains accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date employee records and HRIS data.
• Supports payroll administration and coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains a regular on‑site presence and engages with employees in an operational work environment.
• Performs additional duties and projects assigned to support organizational priorities.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard business software applications.
