Location: Bothell, WA (100% On-site / 5 Days per week)

Compensation: $64.16/hr (W2)

Duration: 24 Months (Long-term)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal Technology Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the development of large-scale, enterprise applications within the Telecom domain. This role requires a heavy-hitter who can balance high-performance React.js frontend development with Java/Spring Boot microservices, while leading the integration of AI/ML capabilities (intelligent automation, chatbots, and recommendation engines) into cloud-native platforms.


Key Responsibilities

* Architectural Leadership: Lead modernization initiatives migrating legacy monolithic applications to cloud-native, high-availability microservices.

* Full Stack Development: Design high-performance React UIs and deploy robust Java/Spring Boot backend services supporting millions of transactions.

* AI Integration: Implement AI-powered features (utilizing GitHub Copilot or similar tools) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

* System Optimization: Drive improvements in system scalability, security, and response times across distributed systems.

* Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to core architectural decision-making.

* Telecom Solutions: Deliver specialized internal enterprise tools and customer-facing portals tailored for the telecom sector.


Required Technical Skillset

* 15+ Years of total experience in Enterprise Application Development.

* Frontend: Expert-level React.js proficiency.

* Backend: Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices API Management.

* AI/ML: Demonstrated experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.

* Domain: Strong background in Telecom or high-volume distributed systems.

* Architecture: Cloud-native design patterns and monolithic-to-microservice migration.
