Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Financial Analyst to support financial planning cycles, reporting, and operational decision-making. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial insights, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, and reporting to support financial cycles including Quarterly Reviews, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Balance Sheet Review (BSR)
- Manage quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and reporting of actuals vs. forecast (headcount, Opex, Capex)
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to influence strategic decisions and support corporate initiatives
- Prepare and publish reports to provide visibility into spending trends and headcount, enabling effective prioritization
- Partner with Business Operations to identify, support, and drive profitability initiatives
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor by delivering actionable financial insights
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial controls and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Workday Adaptive Planning
- Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools
- Strong experience in OPEX cost center management, including workforce planning, OPEX, and CAPEX
- Proven ability in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Experience in semiconductor (semi) industry preferred

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 7+ years of experience

- Master’s degree or relevant certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience
