Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Financial Analyst to support financial planning cycles, reporting, and operational decision-making. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial insights, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, and reporting to support financial cycles including Quarterly Reviews, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Balance Sheet Review (BSR)
  • Manage quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and reporting of actuals vs. forecast (headcount, Opex, Capex)
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to influence strategic decisions and support corporate initiatives
  • Prepare and publish reports to provide visibility into spending trends and headcount, enabling effective prioritization
  • Partner with Business Operations to identify, support, and drive profitability initiatives
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor by delivering actionable financial insights
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial controls and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools
  • Strong experience in OPEX cost center management, including workforce planning, OPEX, and CAPEX
  • Proven ability in business partnering and stakeholder management
  • Experience in semiconductor (semi) industry preferred

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 7+ years of experience
  • OR
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience
  • OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and practical experience
