The Opportunity As the primary financial leader for our rapidly expanding division, you will direct all analytical and financial planning operations. Key Qualifications

• Education: An undergraduate degree focusing on Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a similarly quantitative discipline is mandatory. An MBA or CPA credentials is a plus.
• Experience: 10 or more years of responsibilities within corporate finance, highlighted by a minimum of 5 years successfully directing, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Core FP&A Mastery: Deep-rooted expertise in comprehensive financial budgeting, predictive forecasting, and performance variance evaluation.
• Strategic Partnership: A history of impactful collaboration specifically uniting various Business Units to drive cohesive strategies.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to thrive and generate measurable financial outcomes within a rapidly evolving, high-stakes corporate landscape.
• Technical Acumen: Exceptional capability in constructing sophisticated financial models, parsing data sets, and a solid grasp of GAAP alongside standard financial disclosure practices.
• Communication: Outstanding presentation talents, characterized by the knack for translating dense financial metrics into actionable, clear insights for non-finance executives.
• Process Optimization: Direct involvement in modernizing workflows, implementing automated solutions, and refining internal processes.
