A leading global investment firm is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join its Office Services team and support the daily operations of a high-performance New York office. Reporting to the Head of Workplace Services, this role blends hands-on facilities coordination with white-glove employee support, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and building services
  • Manage pantry, catering, inventory, and daily lunch logistics
  • Support office organization, storage, and internal moves
  • Assist with basic tech troubleshooting and workplace equipment needs
  • Deliver polished, professional service to employees and leadership

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of facilities or office operations experience in a fast-paced corporate setting
  • Mechanically inclined, resourceful, and proactive problem solver
  • Strong Excel skills for inventory tracking; experience with Building Management Systems is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with the confidence to troubleshoot before escalating issues
  • Professional communication style with a team-first mindset and high standards of service
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
