Who are we looking for?
Our Northeast Environmental business in New England is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to help drive the growth and success of our Contamination Assessment & Remediation service line. In this role, you will lead complex environmental projects, manage key client relationships, and provide technical and regulatory direction from project planning through execution. You will prepare and oversee high-quality technical correspondence, reports, proposals, work plans, and specifications, coordinate permitting activities, and interpret federal, state, and local environmental regulations to deliver practical, compliant solutions.
This role also offers the opportunity to make a broader impact through business development and team leadership. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, support proposal development, and strengthen our market presence while mentoring and developing staff. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, project leadership, and relationship-building skills, and is motivated to shape both project outcomes and the next generation of environmental professionals.

What you'll bring to the team:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field
At least 15 years of experience in environmental consulting including environmental permitting & compliance, remediation & design, site assessments, report writing, data management & interpretation, project coordination, and managing clients preferred
Project experience in federal contracts beneficial
Experience in coordinating and simultaneously managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail in a consulting environment is preferred
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification a plus
Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings is required
