Provide installation, training, and support services for Nosis and Nosis Cloud software and mobile applications fielded onboard submarines, surface ships, and shore facilities. Become proficient with shipboard network configurations and with the use and employment of fielded applications. Provide Lab and Help Desk services to document, respond to, and resolve Nosis Cloud application operational issues and track them to resolution for field support personnel and direct government and fleet customers.Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
