Successful candidates who relocate and take up positions will receive:

• One-time relocation bonus: $150K USD equivalent, with additional regional matching (total package typically $400K–$600K USD equivalent)
• Research funding: Up to $700K USD equivalent over 3 years (performance-based)
• Salary subsidy: 70–80% employer subsidy, up to $700K USD equivalent over 5 years
