Job SummaryProvided complete Technical Supported for all projects and products for R&D Electrical Engineering Lab including Mechanical Engineering Department.� Work requirements include complex soldering on circuit card assemblies (CCA's). � The assemblies will consist of surface mount components including 0201 devices, fine pitch board connectors as well as small footprint packages, i.e. CSP, QFN's, TSSOP's, BGA's etc. on very space-constrained small PCB applications.� Other requirements will include building cable assemblies from MFG Engineering prints to include fine pitch solder cups or small and micro crimp contacts for connector housing. � � In addition, product testing, troubleshooting or failure and root cause analyses will be required, reporting all findings to Engineering in form of a report or shared internal websites.� Individuals should be proficient in electronic circuity, some basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies, strong knowledge of test & measurement equipment, ability to communicate well "project manage", be a self-starter/self-sufficient with attention to detail and well-organized.
