The Electrical Engineer provides electrical engineering expertise to drive product designs across all phases of the product life cycle. This role serves as a core contributor to product design, verification, validation, productization, and documentation. (Relocation offered and sign on bonus)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop products including RF architecture, PCBAs, interconnects, risk assessments, and development documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements
- Build and test prototypes, perform circuit layout, and conduct lab testing using tools such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
- Establish, maintain, and communicate development timelines to support project schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet manufacturability, serviceability, and customer requirements
- Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives for both new product development and existing products
- Work with suppliers to understand capabilities, processes, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare and deliver test reports, verification data, and technical documentation
- Participate in hands-on lab work and occasional customer trave
- Mentor and support junior engineers as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience developing new product designs in a regulated or highly technical industry
- MUST HAVE strong Radio Frequency engineering design expertise
