Role Summary

Design and develop electromechanical systems and products from concept through production in a fast-paced R&D and manufacturing environment. This role focuses on full product lifecycle ownership, including system integration, prototyping, and design for manufacturing.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead electromechanical design projects from concept to completion
• Develop complete system and component designs for new and existing products
• Integrate mechanical and electrical systems into functional solutions
• Support new product development, prototyping, and pre-commercial builds
• Conduct technical analysis, testing, and problem-solving for product/process issues
• Create technical documentation (design specs, system layouts, calibration instructions)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver manufacturable, high-quality products

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electromechanical design
• Strong background in systems integration (mechanical + electrical)
• Proven experience in product development and design for manufacturing (DFM)
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and new product development
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD/CAE tools)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Electromechanical Engineering or related field
• U.S. Citizenship required
