Reporting to the Executive Director of the Valley Division, the Senior Director for Sacramento will lead in securing principal and major gifts through an integrated, innovative, and highly collaborative approach to fundraising. This role will have the opportunity to shape strategy and drive philanthropic initiatives aligned with Sutter Health's strategic priorities and contribute to the growth of a philanthropy program with extraordinary untapped potential. In partnership with senior leadership, physicians, and community leaders, the Senior Director will also help advance a comprehensive campaign that champions the advancement of clinical care programs, the transformation of mental health services, accelerated access to care, and elevated prevention and wellness initiatives.Job Description:

Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
