This role oversees the full HR function across multiple locations, including:

You’ll drive both enterprise-level strategy and hands-on execution across:

✔ Leadership development & succession planning
✔ Employee relations & organizational effectiveness

✔ HR systems, analytics & process optimization

What We’re Looking For
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership
• Experience supporting multi-site operations (manufacturing/industrial strongly preferred)
• Strength in employee relations, compliance, and total rewards strategy
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business outcomes
• Strong business acumen with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
