We are partnering with an exciting early-stage biotech developing innovative therapies in cardiology and renal diseases. This is a strategic leadership role offering above-market compensation and the chance to shape clinical programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical science strategy for early-stage programs, collaborating closely with R&D, translational medicine, and Medical Affairs.
• Design and oversee clinical studies, protocol development, and scientific documentation.
• Engage with KOLs, academic collaborators, and external experts to guide program direction.
• Translate scientific insights into actionable strategies for clinical development.
• Mentor and grow high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with strong clinical or research experience in cardiology or nephrology.
• Experience in early-stage biotech or translational research is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership in clinical strategy, medical affairs, or clinical operations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
