Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing strategy by bringing campaigns to life across social media, paid channels, and web platforms. This role blends creative development with performance marketing, translating brand strategy into high-impact, data-driven initiatives.
This position is responsible for developing digital-first content (social media, video, and campaign creative), supporting copywriting efforts, and driving performance through SEO, analytics, and reporting. The role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure all digital efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable digital campaigns
- Support campaign planning, timelines, and execution across channels
- Provide input on messaging, creative direction, and campaign optimization
- Ensure alignment across social, paid, and web initiatives
Content & Creative Development
- Create digital assets for social media, paid campaigns, websites, and video
- Develop creative briefs and campaign concepts
- Write and edit short-form copy (social posts, email, web content)
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets
- Build and manage asset libraries, templates, and design systems
SEO, Analytics & Performance
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze data across digital channels (Google Analytics, social platforms)
- Develop reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; video tools a plus)
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience with SEO, analytics, and performance tracking
- Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and copywriting ability
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and present insights
Experience
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing, social media, or content-focused roles
- Experience managing brand social media accounts (B2B or technical industry preferred)
- Hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing digital and marketing assets required
