Senior Digital Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE strategy, implementation, and governance
• Oversee development of system architectures, requirements, and models
• Advise COTRs and senior stakeholders on technical approaches and solutions
• Ensure alignment of system designs with mission objectives and enterprise architecture
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers
• Drive innovation in modeling approaches and tools

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in MBSE methodologies, frameworks, and tools (DoDAF, SysML, UAF)
• Proven experience leading system engineering efforts in complex environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience guiding system design, integration, and validation

Desired Qualifications

• OCSMP Level 2 or higher (advanced levels preferred)
• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
• Expertise in enterprise-level architecture and digital engineering transformation
