Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Development Engineer – Automation & AI Platforms to design and build enterprise automation systems that enable fully repeatable, policy-driven workstation configuration and validation at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of automation engineering, DevOps platform engineering, AI-enabled development, and enterprise configuration management.
You will lead the development of two strategic engineering platforms that support workstation environments used across regulated MedTech and Life Sciences operations.
These platforms will enable deterministic workstation deployment, configuration validation, and automated compliance verification, reducing operational overhead while ensuring alignment with enterprise quality and regulatory standards.
This role is ideal for a systems-oriented engineer who enjoys building developer platforms, designing automation frameworks, and solving complex configuration management problems at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Platform Development (Lite-Touch)

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $175,000 Annually
Pay Range Maximum: $190,000 Annually
