� On-site Senior Customer Service Technician

🕖 Shift: Mon-Fri 7am to 8am
💰 Pay range: From $65,000 to $75,000/year + bonus

What you’ll do
- Provide on-site support for advanced capital equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor rebuilds
- Coordinate with vendors, customer service teams, and engineering for repairs and upgrades
- Manage parts, project materials, and documentation via SAP/CRM systems
- Support customer training and maintenance programs
- Conduct line audits, assist in refurbishments, and support project logistics and warranty processing
- Deliver technical support for both U.S. and European-made equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards
Additional responsibilities:
- Create control system documentation and FDA validation materials per GAMP guidelines
- Support field engineers, test technicians, and end users throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot multiple lines simultaneously for mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Requirements:
- Associate degree with 3–5 years of experience in GMP or high-tech manufacturing, or 8+ years equivalent experience
- Proficient with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
- Skilled in electrical/software troubleshooting, machine control, and automation systems
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Willing to travel 25–30%, including international training
Bonus Skills / Experience:
- PID control loops, servo controls, VFDs
- Allen-Bradley, Siemens, iFix
- PLC ladder logic, iFix, VBA, SyTech XLReporter, SCADA programming
- TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, or other industrial communication protocols
- Database experience (MS SQL, MS Access)
- Exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
- Background in pharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing
