At our Elk Grove Village, IL facility, you will be directly connected to the center of our innovation, where our devices are designed, developed, and supported. In this role, you will lead a customer service and order management team responsible for ensuring seamless execution of equipment orders and customer support. You will also partner closely with the Technical Service Manager, who specializes in troubleshooting and supporting device functionality in the field. Together, you will help bridge the gap between sales, operations, and technical support to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.


This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong operational focus. You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 7 employees while driving accountability, efficiency, and service excellence across the department.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Specialists, ensuring they are trained, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Set clear expectations for performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and formal evaluations.
  • Support team members in resolving escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-first culture focused on service excellence and strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Oversee communication within the team and across departments, ensuring alignment on policies, procedures, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accountability for team performance and operational execution.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of customer service experience required
  • 3+ years of supervisory, mentoring, or training experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience working with technical or complex product lines strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, proactive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail
