They are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to help build and shape a new business line focused on SaaS, professional services, healthcare, retail, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze bank statements, management accounts, and non‑financial data to assess cash conversion, collectability, and repayment capacity
- Underwrite a variety of business models including software, services, healthcare, and experience‑based businesses
- Lead customer calls to validate trading activity, reconcile deposits, and evaluate profitability, sales trends, and cash flow sustainability
- Collaborate with Product, Credit Strategy, and Data teams to build and refine scoring models, credit policy, and decisioning frameworks
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales and Operations to shape onboarding, risk assessments, and long‑term funding relationships
- Learn portfolio risk management: early warning signal detection, performance monitoring, and risk exits
- Contribute to the strategy and process development of a brand‑new lending vertical with massive growth potential
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial lending, underwriting, or credit risk
- Structured credit, secured lending, RCFs, or revenue‑based financing
- Portfolio management or SMB/alternative lending
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Experience presenting findings to internal/external stakeholders
- Comfort leading client‑facing discussions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Nice to Have
- CPA, CFA, or similar (or working toward one)
- Experience in a fintech, high‑growth, or data‑driven underwriting environment
- Experience collaborating globally
- Data skills (Excel, SQL, analytics tools)
