We’re partnering with a growing organization to add a Senior Recruiter to their team. This role will play a key part in driving hiring efforts across both field and corporate positions, supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a fully onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders.
Responsiblities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles, including both skilled trades and professional positions
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social platforms, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategy
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment on both skillset and culture fit
- Establish relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry organizations to strengthen talent channels
- Oversee internship program development and coordination
- Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and onboarding coordination
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations
- Background recruiting within construction, infrastructure, or related industries (a plus)
- Proven ability to recruit for both field/blue-collar and corporate roles
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think creatively and proactively solve hiring challenges
