Key Responsibilities
• Represent buyers and sellers in a wide range of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, and business sales.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex business contracts and transactional documents.
• Advise private companies on corporate governance, compliance, and operational legal matters.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted legal advisor.
• Lead deal processes from inception through closing with significant autonomy.
