Senior Construction Project Manager

Project Manager | ZSD Development | Chicago

ZSD is a Chicago based real estate development firm with an in house construction team focused on ground up multifamily and for sale residential projects.

We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. This is a full time, on site role in Chicago with responsibility across the full lifecycle of development and construction.

This role is hands on. You will be on site, managing subcontractors, driving schedules, coordinating inspections, and pushing projects forward day to day. You will work directly with ownership and a lean internal team, so the ability to take ownership and operate independently is critical.

What we are looking for:

• Experience managing ground up multifamily or condo projects in Chicago, ideally 10 units or more
• Ability to run a project from budgeting and buyout through closeout
• Comfort working in a lean environment without layers of support
• Strong field presence and problem solving mindset
• Experience with high end finishes and buyer customization is a plus
• Background in mixed or non union construction environments
