Director of Compliance and Quality Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice Care organization. They are looking for a Director of Compliance and Quality to join their team in Southern California. A Registered Nurse is required. Home Health compliance experience is a must! We desire proactive candidates with analytical skills who can interpret complex medical data and legal documents. Director of Compliance and Quality Job Requirements

• Bachelors prepared registered nurse and active California license.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare and state/federal regulations.
• Minimum of five years of home health compliance experience.

Director of Compliance and Quality Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and coordination of the company’s compliance program, injury and illness prevention program, and risk management initiatives.
• Responsible for coordination of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to compliance and risk management.
• Responsible for oversight of the agency’s wellness and safety program (OSHA) and risk management activities.
