The role

This is a senior-level role for someone who has spent years earning the trust of high-net-worth clients and has the judgment to act on their behalf with confidence. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact for a meaningful book of client relationships, working closely with our advisors to ensure every client interaction reflects our firm's standards.


The right candidate is someone clients genuinely trust, not because the role requires it, but because they have built that trust through consistency, accuracy, and care.

What you will do
  • Own the client onboarding experience end-to-end, from account setup and paperwork through first-review coordination, ensuring each new client feels welcomed and well-organized from day one.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving questions and service needs with speed and professionalism, and escalating to advisors when appropriate.
  • Process and manage all money movement requests, including wires, ACH transfers, RMDs, and one-time distributions, with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account data within the firm's CRM and portfolio management systems, ensuring information is current and audit-ready.
  • Partner with advisors on client meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and account reviews, providing the operational support that allows the advisory team to focus on delivering advice.
What we are looking for
  • 5 or more years of client-facing experience in a wealth management, RIA, or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience processing money movement transactions, including wires and account distributions, with a clean compliance record.
  • Fluency with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, or similar) and CRM systems; Salesforce or Redtail experience preferred.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Polished, professional communication style, both written and verbal, appropriate for relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • A genuine service orientation — someone who takes pride in making clients feel taken care of, not just processed.
