Position Title: Sr Business Systems Analyst
Location: Strongsville, OH
Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
Acceptable Time Zone(S): EST
Schedule: M-F 7-4/ 8-5 EST
Travel: Potentially, quarterly travel to PA (if not in PA) for planning meeting (will be taking shuttle so transportation is provided)
Duration: 12 Months

Role/Responsibilities:
• Writing stories utilizing AI technologies/ Microsoft Power Platform
• Requirements elicitation
• Functional and non functional requirements definition
• User stories and acceptance criteria creation
• Current state and future state process modeling
• Gap analysis and impact analysis
• Traceability and scope management
Must Have Skills:
• Agile
• Jira
• Technical acumen (SQL, data modeling)
• Problem-solving abilities

Flex Skills:
• Financial/Banking Industry knowledge or experience
• BSA activities with automation software (ex. Automation Anywhere)
• Experience with AI technologies (Co-Pilot)

Education: • Bach or equivalent work experience
Interview Process:
• 1st Round – panel interview, 3 interviewers – 30 min to an hour
• 2nd Round – if there is a tie, panel interview – 30 min to an hour
