Senior Business Systems Analyst Overview

Seeking a Senior BSA to support implementation and ongoing operations of Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), with a strong focus on premium billing and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze billing data and resolve complex (non-claims) billing issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot premium calculations, subsidies (ACA), proration, retroactivity, and repricing
• Partner with billing, finance, IT, and vendors
• Own issues end-to-end and drive resolution
• Document processes and identify improvements

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare payer experience
• Strong background in premium billing (group & consumer)
• Knowledge of ACA billing, repricing, and retroactivity
• SQL and strong data analysis skills
• Experience with billing systems (ORMB preferred)
