Our Client is seeking a Senior FP&A Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in advancing enterprise financial planning and analysis capabilities. This position focuses on driving transformation, standardizing FP&A processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions.
- Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams to translate business needs into system functionality.
- Partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Support governance and change management initiatives to harmonize FP&A processes and data models.
- Identify and implement system and process enhancements to meet evolving reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, master data management, and seamless financial data integration.
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or related roles in large or complex environments.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in planning, budgeting, and reporting (minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations preferred).
- Experience with other FP&A tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Hyperion).
- Project management experience in finance systems implementations.
- Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments.
- Technical experience using Agile methodologies.
