Our client is looking for a highly experienced, strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis efforts across complex IT and business initiatives. This isn't an order-taking BA role — this person will operate as a true business partner, influencing leaders, driving alignment, and elevating the overall maturity of the BA function across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners
- Own the full BA lifecycle from current-state analysis through UAT and implementation
- Facilitate workshops, lead requirement-gathering sessions, and develop functional specs and process flows
- Partner closely with ERP, integrations, and data teams to ensure solutions meet real business needs
- Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts across systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement and help set the standard for how BA work gets done across the org
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong background with ERP systems and integrated application environments
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives independently
- Manufacturing or multi-ERP environment experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with integrations and data/reporting environments
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification highly desirable
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
