Senior Business Analyst (ERP systems experience is required))

We are partnering on a newly created opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst, Accounting Systems to play a key role at the intersection of Accounting, IT, and Data Engineering.

This position will take ownership of a critical accounting platform (ERP) and its broader data ecosystem, driving enhancements, integrations, and data quality across the organization.

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Stockyards) – 100% onsite (5 days/week)

Compensation: $110K–$130K base + bonus + 100% paid benefits

Responsibilities include:

• Own the roadmap for accounting systems and integrated platforms
• Define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic
• Partner with IT & Data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Act as the bridge between Accounting and technical teams
• Lead system and data initiatives from concept through delivery
• Enable accurate financial reporting and analytics (e.g., Power BI)
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and system performance

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data validation/ETL concepts
• Ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally with Accounting & IT teams
• Experience with accounting systems (ERP platforms)
• Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory or Power BI
