Role Overview

The Senior Brand Experience Manager is the enterprise architect and operator of our event

strategy. You will own the end-to-end portfolio, translating company priorities into an integrated,

repeatable events function. This role balances high-level strategic vision with hands-on

execution, ensuring every interaction from tier-one industry conferences to curated customer

activities and internal leadership meetings reflects our brand.


You will serve as the executive producer for key engagement moments, driving consistent brand

expression, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise event strategy, setting the standard for how events are planned, executed, measured, and optimized.
  • Partner with departments and other business stakeholders to define event goals, strategy, and success metrics.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of annual leadership meetings and other corporate events on an as-needed basis.
  • Act as the primary interface for B2B customers and internal executive leadership to drive motivation, recognition, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the hands-on lead for both internal and external events, managing the entire lifecycle: conception, planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate visits to our West Palm Beach headquarters, managing all logistics for visiting teams including lodging, dining, and local activities.
  • Oversee all venue logistics, including menu planning, A/V requirements, decor, and room set-ups.
  • Organize and manage event-related assets such as signage, print materials, name tags, and promotional giveaways.
  • Develop comprehensive task lists, event timelines, and risk management plans to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Own the event budget and expenses.
  • Lead venue research, sourcing, and contract negotiations. Manage ongoing relationships with vendors and travel partners, including the negotiation of corporate rates.
  • Ensure absolute consistency in brand expression, production quality, and attendee experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage all communications and registration experiences, providing clear information and fielding feedback.
  • Measure attendee satisfaction, incorporating data-driven insights into future event strategies.
  • Leads cause marketing initiatives and cultivates relationships to ensure all philanthropic activities and charitable partnerships align with the brand mission and strategy.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in senior-level event management or brand experience roles.
  • Expert-level skills in managing complex timelines, budgets, and diverse vendor portfolios.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interface confidently with executives and B2B clients.
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Ability to pivot between high-level strategic planning and & "boots on the ground" tactical execution.
