Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our fast-growing consulting team. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic group and leverage past experiences in public markets to advise Fortune 500 companies across various areas of their business. The Senior Associate will play a key supporting role across a variety of client engagements, working closely with Directors and senior team members to conduct research, prepare materials, analyze data, and help develop insights and recommendations. Workstreams may have a particular focus on program management, commercial go-to-market strategy, marketing, and sales effectiveness. This role requires the ability to translate strategic insights into executable plans, and drive coordination across stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.This is a hands-on role requiring intellectual curiosity, collaborative spirit, and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Directors and client leads on project execution, including research, data analysis, and material preparation.
· Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to inform strategic recommendations.
· Assist in building client deliverables such as presentations, memos, and analysis summaries.
· Own day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
· Supporting or developing marketing strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
· Synthesize customer insights (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable strategic recommendations
· Identify execution risks early and proactively drive mitigation
· Participate in, and run, weekly client and internal working sessions, summarizing key takeaways and next steps.
· Support development of go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
· Conduct customer and channel analysis to inform growth opportunities
· Collaborate with internal teams to support problem-solving and project coordination.
· Contribute to internal knowledge development and team growth initiatives.
· Maintain organized project documentation and assist in developing templates or process tools.
Qualifications:
· 3 - 5 years of experience in a professional services or business environment, such as consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or project management.
· Demonstrated interest and/or experience in growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer-centric business transformation
· Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply insights to marketing, customer, and growth-related challenges
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build clear and compelling presentations.
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday, Jira) and data visualization tools is a plus.
· Comfort working with large, messy datasets to generate actionable insights
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
· Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
· Background in top-tier consulting, growth-stage company, or high-performance commercial team
· Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
Compensation: $150,000 starting base salary, plus annual discretionary bonus.
