About the Role
The Senior Acquisitions Associate will provide strategic and analytical support to the Acquisitions team, with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing and highly visible business unit within a successful PE platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen prospective acquisition markets and assets based on firm investment criteria
- Develop financial models and perform detailed analysis of acquisition targets, including historical financial statement analysis and cash flow projections
- Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda for the investment committee
- Support due diligence, closing processes, and ongoing asset management activities including repositioning, refinancing, and disposition
- Perform market research and participate in investor correspondence
Qualifications
- BS in real estate, finance, or accounting
- Relevant experience as a financial analyst at a real estate investment firm, investment bank, or similar environment
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
