High Level Accountant
Job Description
The Sr Accountant plays a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial information. This position prepares journal entries and reconciliations, analyzes financial results, supports budgeting and forecasting, and partners with cross-functional teams to provide insight and drive process improvements. The role also supports internal and external audits and contributes to complex accounting-related projects within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Work Environment
The High Level Accountant works as part of a close-knit team of four and reports into the controllership function. The position follows a hybrid work model, with Wednesdays designated as an in-office day and two additional in-office days determined by each team’s schedule, allowing for flexibility as personal needs arise. The environment is professional and collaborative, with opportunities to interact across departments and to participate in a variety of projects once established in the organization. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
