Role Overview

The Investment Accounting Analyst will join the our client's reporting team, focusing on fund-level reporting and complex investment structures. This is a role with ample growth opportunities and (it's true!) excellent work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fund-level accounting and reporting projects, driving accuracy and compliance.
• Manage complex investment structures across multiple asset classes, including alternatives and derivatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Contribute to the organization’s transition to a pillar-based structure, increasing depth of expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of investment accounting experience (hedge funds, private equity, institutional investment firms preferred).
• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-asset environments and complex reporting.
• Background in fund accounting is essential.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a small, high-impact team.
