Senior Accountant

Staff Accountant - Edina, MN

A longstanding, Minnesota‑based manufacturing company is growing its accounting team and seeking a hands‑on Staff Accountant to manage full general ledger responsibilities. This role offers exposure to leadership, cross‑functional partnership with operations, and the opportunity to support process improvements in a stable, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month‑end close and financial reporting
• Assist with external audits and documentation
• Research and resolve account variances
• Review and audit accounts payable
• Perform routine accounting tasks and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Associates degree acceptable with at least 4+ years of experience
• 2+ years of accounting (AP or AR acceptable), tax or audit
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation: $60,000 to $72,000

Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid
