We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on business collaboration with CDW and may require visiting the CDW office several times a week.

About the Role: The position will be based in Chicago, working closely with Yealink’s U.S. team and CDW sales organization. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a channel-driven environment.



Responsibilities:



  • Build strong working relationships with CDW sales teams across relevant segments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Serve as the brand and product expert for key accounts, acting as a trusted business advisor.



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the Unified Communications (UC) industry.
  • Proven experience presenting to and interacting with senior management within organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the channel partner structure.
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
